I am an integrative counsellor. This means I can use a variety of modalities:
-Person-Centred-active listening and reflecting with you, sitting with feelings; giving you space to grieve losses, navigate changes, firm your boundaries and know your needs
-Psychodynamic-looking at the past, understanding your unconscious patterns of relating and moving them to conscious awareness and giving you the power of being able to make better choices.
-Cognitive Behaviour Therapy-understanding how our behaviour and thinking is connected to our feelings and well-being. By addressing behaviours and thinking, we can up-level our well-being.
-Restorative yoga can be used to equip you with tools to enable you to sleep better, find peace. Please see my yoga page.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, ideally weekly at the same time.
