I am an integrative counsellor. This means I can use a variety of modalities:
-Psychodynamic-looking at the past, understanding your unconscious patterns of relating and moving them to conscious awareness and giving you the power of being able to make better choices.
-CBT-understanding how our behaviour and thinking is connected to our feelings and well-being. By addressing behaviours and thinking, we can up-level our well-being.
Person-centred- Listening with a non-judgemental stance and unconditional positive regard provides you with the space to explore issues and gain clarity.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, ideally weekly at the same time.
